1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tamanas ("the Service"), operated by Data Genome d.o.o., a company registered in Serbia (tax ID / PIB: 113389225; datageno.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service includes the Tamanas website and our iOS and Android applications.
2. Description of Service
Tamanas is a wishlist and gifting application that lets users create, organize, and share wishlists; add wishes with links, images, and prices; invite others to view or contribute; reserve or fulfill gifts; and optionally subscribe to Tamanas Plus for additional features. Some features (such as product-link suggestions) use automated enrichment of URLs you submit.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and devices
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for activities that occur under your account
4. Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (which may be higher than 13), you may use the Service only as permitted by applicable law, including with parental or guardian involvement where required. By using Tamanas, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service, including wishlists, wish items, descriptions, images, and messages ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and share that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service (including sharing according to the privacy and sharing settings you choose).
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
- Contains harmful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate material
- Contains malware or malicious code
- Includes product URLs or materials you are not authorized to share or that require private login access
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated means to access, scrape, or overload the Service without our permission
- Abuse link-suggestion, sharing, invitation, or notification features
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Circumvent subscription, rate-limit, or security controls
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Tamanas offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Tamanas Plus"). Prices, features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the relevant app store listing and may change over time.
- Web purchases: processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
- iOS / Android purchases: when offered, processed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Store billing, cancellation, and refund rules may apply in addition to ours.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service integrates with third-party providers to operate core features, including (as applicable) Google and Facebook for authentication, AWS for hosting and AI enrichment, Scrappey for fetching public product pages you submit, PostHog and Google Analytics for consented product analytics, Sentry for error monitoring, Firebase for push notifications, and Paddle / RevenueCat / app stores for subscriptions.
Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Product links you add may lead to third-party websites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Automated link suggestions are provided as-is and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Data Genome d.o.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service except as expressly allowed by law or with our written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that link suggestions, prices, or third-party product information will be accurate or current.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Genome d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections).
12. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or abuse the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you via email or through a notice within the application. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those protections still apply and nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under local law. Courts in that consumer's place of residence may also have jurisdiction for consumer disputes where required by law.
